•     Why is your price so much lower than other places?
  •   We purchase our materials in bulk, so we may pass these savings to our customers.

•     How should I prepare my file?
  •   The file should be created at the minimum of 72 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size or at 300 or higher dpi resolution at 25% or 50% scale of the final print size. Closer to the actual size is preferred.

•     Why is the image file I uploaded pixelated on my print?
  •   The file is a low-resolution image (more likely off the internet). A low-resolution image will pixelate when enlarged on the banner. Print images need to be created at 300 dpi (or higher) or there will be a substantial drop in the quality of the image. A simple test is to zoom in on your image to see how it will print up close.
