A step and repeat is the logo-covered backdrop people stand in front of for photos at premieres, galas, conferences, weddings and parties. The name describes the pattern: the logo steps across the backdrop and repeats row after row, so wherever someone stands, a logo lands in the frame beside them. That is what turns ordinary guest photos into photos that carry your name.
Three things that make it work
Spacing. Logos sit close enough that one always shows around a person's head and shoulders, in wide group shots and tight portraits alike. Finish. The surface should be matte, because gloss throws camera flash straight back into the lens and washes out the artwork. Size. Everyone in the shot should stand inside the printed area, so plan the width around your typical group rather than the wall.

Printing
For artwork that requires printing only, use any of these formats:
Images in formats like PDF, PSD, JPG, and TIFF can get blurry when enlarged, making them unsuitable for large prints.
Ensure your uploaded files meet the resolution and pixel requirements to avoid this issue.
Note: Logo designs are not included in these guidelines.
Cutting
For artwork that requires cutting, a vector file is required:
Full (100%) image size with 125 dpi
Half (50%) image size with 250 dpi
25% image size with 500 dpi

- Folded shipping – no extra cost. The banner is folded to fit a standard box, so some fold lines or creases may remain. We kindly ask for your understanding that folded banners aren’t eligible for a refund or reprint due to creasing.
